You must be at least 18 years old to use Accord.
You are responsible for your account security. You may not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payment charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel: manage in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
You agree not to use Accord to harass or harm others, share illegal content, reverse-engineer the AI systems, create multiple accounts, or use the service if under 18.
Your content belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Vault entries are private and never shared with your partner. See our Privacy Policy.
AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing content before sending. Accord is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.
Delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete all my data.
Accord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investigate Health Publishing LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
